Instead of broadly identifying training needs, OCNA focuses on accurately measuring the specific capabilities individual employees possess versus those required for their roles and organizational success. It systematically assesses workforce competencies, identifies critical capability gaps, and provides actionable insights for targeted development. This data-driven approach ensures that development efforts are focused, effective, and aligned with strategic goals.
