Dakoii Systems in collaboration with Echad Consultancy is developing an online Organizational Capability Needs Analysis (OCNA) system.

The system will be used to asses the employees of the organizations and find their level of capability. This will help the organization to create a training plan and also know which capabilities are lacking in the organization.

The online OCNA system has the capability to automatically analyze the employee data and rate the level of capability the employee has.

It can also automatically generate the Employee Training Plan and appoint which employees needs to go for that particular training.

The system is completed and ready for implementation.
